Dignitary Atifete Jahjaga was the first female President of the country of Kosovo (2011-2016). She will be the keynote speaker at NCLEWA's annual banquet and awards ceremony. Only commanders, executives, and/or dignitaries are invited to dine with Dignitary Jahjaga, or be seated at the dignitary table. Identification will be required. All proceeds will fund NCLEWA's Scholarship Fund.
